WOW! Not only does this company offer exceptional customer service, but their products are amazing! I bought 3 fragrances that were inspired by ones that I have used in the past. Every single one was perfect! Even better than the originals! The fragrances are solid and long lasting. I get compliments from everyone, even strangers, on these scents! Well i am now an ALT'er for life this stuff smells unbelievable, its identical to the creed version. And it lasts aaaasaaaaaalllllllllll day its crazy. Im so glad i tried this stuff. I highly highly recommend their fragrances. I cant wait to try more. Cant beat the price and super fast shipping. Thanks ALT for an amazing product!!!

Anna Marie is awesome. I sent my order to the wrong store, which was my fault. If it wasn't for her I'd have to drive 6 hrs for the pick up. But she was able to connect with the right people to help fix my issue. That was the best customer service provided!

I have purchased several fragrances from ALT and each one is practically on point with the original, some even better! I have also had a few mishaps but ALT customer service had amazing communication and resolved any issues immediately. Highly recommend to anyone trying to find new scents or wants a more economical way to wear your favorites!

My husband got me 2 sample packs for Christmas. I knew which ones I definitely wanted a bigger bottle of. I ordered those and some summer scents. I was accidentally sent the wrong fragrance and they immediately fixed the problem and sent out the correct one. I will forever buy ALT fragrances!! I love them so much!

I love my first purchase of Crystal #23! My bottle had a defect resulting in not being able to spray the scent. I contacted support just to make them aware of the issue. I can't praise their customer service department enough! They immediately sent me a replacement bottle! Don't hesitate to order from ALT! They truly want you happy and keep you coming back!

I have been looking for great fragrances that smell as good as the authentic ones. And I have finally succeeded!!! These ALT. Fragrances are soo good you will be amazed. I bought the 3 pack and I am soo impressed I bought several more a couple of days ago. I am hooked! Lol My second picture is my Aventus bottle and ALT. version and they are pretty much exact! The picture doesnt show quite enough justice. Cant wait for my next bottles!!! Thank you ALT.

I have been a customer of ALT fragrances for about 9 months now and I have only had great experiences with them. The scents are all wonderful and I have been able to get them at great prices. Not only are the prices cheap but I am able to frequently use rewards to save even more money. I recently made a purchase and one of the bottles only arrived half full. When I emailed customer service, I got a very quick response and a brand new bottle is on the way I as type this. Prices are great, customer service is great, the only complaint I have is that I wish I lived in florida so I could visit the store everyday!

Service was great, the young lady I dealt with last Monday was also here today and assisted me! Order ending in: 362 I’m sure the store can find the order number from that. Afternoon swim expression along with Bond no. 9 Beekman are what I purchased beforehand. Both of them smelled amazing, but unfortunately, just did not last on my skin. I have around 400 frags so I can generally determine if fragrances are gonna need to macerate or if this final product is what I’m gonna get. The Beekman smelled about 95% of what the original smells like the Louis Vuitton smelled about 90%. Both of them crowd pleasing easy to wear and good Office fragrances. But for my skin, they just did not last period which is weird for an EDP. I did swap out for two other fragrances. After speaking to the young lady, she said that these are known to be a little bit stronger and a little bit heavier. So good for cold weather and or fall. We will see how these go. I never give five stars so the service alone should be a good indicator. Do not let the Young lady that assisted me today go. She is an asset to that store.
